Delete your data

Effective date: September 26, 2026

MapMend, made by Steamboat Software LLC, lets you erase your data or delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. You don’t need to contact anyone.

Erase My Data

Removes your data and keeps your account.

  1. Open MapMend and go to Profile.
  2. In the Privacy section, tap Erase My Data.
  3. Confirm.

This removes your Atlas places, trip statistics, saved drive-time baselines, parking memory and recent destinations. Your account, sign-in and subscription stay as they are.

Delete Account

Removes your account and everything in it.

  1. Open MapMend and go to Profile.
  2. In the Support section, tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm.

This removes your account, your sign-in record and all of your data, including everything Erase My Data removes. It can’t be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Billing continues until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Can’t open the app?

Reinstall MapMend, sign in with the same email, and follow the steps above.
